I’m a design thinker and UX strategist, working at the intersection of design, business, technology, and people (users). Bringing 10 years of experience and a natural curiosity, my focus is on helping clients navigate their challenges using a human-centered approach, creating sustainable solutions that deliver customer and business value
I am a New York-based designer an experience design lead at Learnvest, a Nortwestern Mutual company. There, I lead and help teams of designers and business partners in the digital transformation for the parent company through service design, creative problem-solving and design strategy.
I’ve worked across all facets of experience design and industry sectors from spearheading vision and strategy for a key portfolio at Northwestern Mutual, through to defining service models and identifying strategic initiative focus for Care Connect, a business facilitating the transition of patients from hospital to home.
I've planned, executed and delivered research, innovation and design projects that include agile and lean methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, that guide product strategy and meet business needs.
I believe the right process at the right time can solve any challenge and unlock creative problem solving and collaboration in all of us, regardless of profession.
When I’m not at work, my curiosity has me seeking out new experiences often leading to different wine regions locally or around the world, exploring locally grown wine and produce, and getting amongst the locals to hear their stories. For me, travelling is both a humbling and rewarding experience and something I try and do at every opportunity.
I’m from Sydney, Australia and live in Manhattan, New York City.
